Delivery Information

You should allow 3-4 weeks for delivery. All deliveries will be made by registered post to your door. The delivery will require a signature upon receipt. If you have a particular wear date send us an email to ensure that we can meet your deadline.

Customers are responisible for paying any shipping charges if they refuse a package or it is returned to Madame Petticoat after 3 delivery attempts.

Return Policy

All claims must be made within 3 days of receiving the order.

All returns will require an authorization from Madame Petticoat. Items returned without an authorization will not be credited, and the package will be returned to sender at the sender's expense.

Returns will only be accepted if the returned item shows no signs of having been worn, includes all tags and has its original packaging.

The customer will be responsible for all shipping fees, unless the item you received is not the item you ordered. For example, if your order stated that you wanted a "white 102 petticoat", but received the wrong petticoat or colour, we will happily exchange the product and will incur the shipping fees. Returns for change of mind WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
